    Thank you for your comment.

The plugin is specifically designed to be compatible with unmodified Themes provided by the official WordPress Themes Repository. You appear to be using a Theme not provided by the official WordPress Themes Repository. Please read the section “How do I know if my WordPress Theme is compatible with the plugin?” on the FAQ page of the plugin located at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/alphaomega-captcha-anti-spam/faq/

    Thank you.

    Best wishes.

To reiterate, the Theme you are using is not provided by the official WordPress Themes Repository. The use of standard unmodified WordPress Themes provided by the official WordPress Themes Repository is recommended. If you wish to persist in using your current theme then simply reverse the process you initially employed to revert to your original state. To do this I suggest you log into your server via FTP and remove all of the files you added. This should bring your system back to its original state.

    Thank you.

    Best wishes.

I am having the exact same problem, the only thing is the plugin has been working absolutely fine on my blog for weeks. Now when I go to log in it says ‘Captcha code correct’, ‘password correct’ and then it doesn’t let me get any further into my blog.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your comment.

All WordPress Themes tested and obtained from the WordPress Themes Repository work fine with the plugin. These are unmodified Themes provided by WordPress.

Themes that have been modified in any way or that differ from the standard Theme provided by WordPress may not necessarily be compatible and are not supported. Hence, the use of standard unmodified WordPress Themes is recommended.

    Best wishes.

If you cannot login to your blog because of a plugin — any plugin — you need to delete the whole directory with the plugin from your server.

To do that, use FTP (like Filezilla), login to your site and go to
    wp-content/plugins/

There you will see a folder entitled
    alphaomega-captcha-anti-spam

You can delete the whole folder, and you will get your previous setup back, and you can login the usual way.

Renaming the folder would probably do the same thing.

If you do not have FTP access, you need to ask an administrator to do this for you.
