Affiliate link in iframe, will it be tracked?

  • I have an affiliate site placed on a page with this code:

    [dciframe]https://www.xxxxxxx.com/reserveren/?u=xxxxxx,100%,1400px,0,auto,border:1px solid blue;align:left;[/dciframe]

    I used the plugin IFrame Markup Generator to provide me the code above.
    So it shows up in a page on my site i.s.o. directly going to the booking module on a page outside my site.
    My visitors can book a car via the site in the iframe.

    Now what I do not know is if the booking is tracked. Is there any trouble with (tracking) cookies? Or anything you can think of?

    I found this code on the internet, however… Does it work? And where do I place it?
