    Finally noticed the video instructions on the site page.

    thamks for that. I also managed to solve my problem. It so happened that I had two version of jquery running simultanously in my header.php :). I commented one out and it works fine now :). Thanks for your help

    I am having the same issue where the lightbox shows up, but there is a large white space where the image should be. You mentioned “video instructions”- can you specify where you found the solution to this problem?
