[Plugin: Random Text] backup? how?

    can you substantiate? i’m not that pro-programmer. ??
    where i find, in wordpress? on the ftp?

    You should be able to in your control panel from your hosting provider. Look for PHPMyAdmin and you can export a copy of your entire database, or just that particular table.

    You can probably find a plugin to back up the database as well.
