Users defined as Administrators are missing editing privileges

  • Hi, I am having difficulty with a new site that I just setup.

    The first user that was created as an Administrator has full editing access to everything.
    I have added a few other users that need to have full access as well, they are defined as Administrators, yet functions are missing for these users.

    Some functions that we have found are missing are:
    Access to the excerpt in the post
    Ability to select a different user name for the post

    Has anyone ever had such issues or know how I can correct this?
