[Plugin: Better WP Security] No plugins or themes after moving to new server

I’ve got wp-better-security installed and working great in a test environment. I moved everything to a new site (db, and wordpress files). I can get into the admin panel, but my theme and all plugins are missing.

One of the settings I am using in the test environment is re-naming the content folder from wp-content to just “content”. I was assuming this was screwing with things, but I can’t get it to work no matter what I try. I’m sure it’s something I’m doing wrong, so would appreciate any insight/help if you’ve got it!
