[Plugin: LeagueManager] Championship mode error

– after i set result for all matches in 2 Group A,B
– then i create matches for final and third,it’s not display the teams in the dropdown box.
– team advance: 2
– mode: championship
– when i submit : update results, add new matches , … all redirect to blank page (but still update results or add new matches
