    Hi,

    Better WP Security 3.4.4 with WP 3.4.2, MAXCDN and WP SuperCache.

    When changing BWS wp-content Directory Name, the MAXCDN content delivery stops working. We tried multiple clean installs, but unable to get MAXCDN to work.

    When changing the WP Content Directory name back to wp-content default everything works fine. We cleared all SuperCache, MAXCDN Cache and browser cache when trying.

    Any Suggestions? Thank you from CP.

  • Some plugins hard-code the name of wp-content into their code (even though changing it has been an option since WordPress 2.6). You can search their code and replace all instances of wp-content with your new directory name or you can leave it as wp-content.

    Figured it out. A code error in wp-config.php happened when changing the wp-content name. A set of // was added in front of the following:

    //define(‘WP_CACHE’, true);

    Removed it and every thing is fine.
