logois not seen in some browsers

Hi, i’m making a wordpress website. My logo is at the top left as usual but in some browsers it doesn’t seem right. From my computer chrome, firefox and explroer is seems fine but opera is not. there’s a red border and inside of it, the site title is written, no logo. I ask a friend to check, and he doesn’t see it even in chrome and firefox. I think it’s a css problem but I couldn’t handle it. So anyone have an idea?
