[Plugin: EnhancedTooltipGlossary] Suggestions for Glossary Page

After testing out several plugins, I decided to go with this one.

Only major suggestion I have is to add a little functionality to the glossary page (e.g. listing by first letter only and/or multiple columns). With a lot of terms, a simple list gets a bit unwieldy.

Otherwise, great plugin.
