  • Please read the first sticky post for support on this plugin. I will not answer here anymore.
    These rows actually make your site faster, because these rows are of the WordPress transient API (use Google for details), which is being used to cache information from Facebook.
    Try setting the ‘refresh’ options in the tab admin to other values to get your site faster.
    Next version will cahe image links too, since it has been reported that the WordPress media library is quite slow. Do you have a lot of images?

    the refresh value for me is like this image

    and yes i have a lot of images

    i have more than 4000 post

    Your settings seem good to me for a large/busy site.
    Wait until next week for a new release that caches image URL’s and your problem might be solved.
