I use Windows Live Writer to write my posts but I got an error saying there was an error in connecting with the blog server. I found out that it’s because I don’t have “permission” to post. I can only “Submit for Review” or Save Drafts.

Because of the Windows Live Writer attempts to publish my post. I get a strange post. You can see it on my blog now (https://snobaffair.com) There’s no date, title, author. But my sharing plugin works and for some reason I have “30” likes which is not possible. I cannot delete this post (because I don’t have permission to). Though I know I can log onto phpMyAdmin to delete it on the database.

Strange thing is, the post I was trying to publish, is actually published. This is it it: https://snobaffair.com/susan/2012/10/8-tips-on-how-to-look-polished/
If you check on my sidebar under “Recent Posts ” widget, it shows up. So that “strange post” you see on my home page is the post I’m trying to publish.
Also, when I’m on the particular post above, and I click “Edit Post”, I get a message stating “You attempted to edit an item that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?” Obviously you can view the post. So no clue why I can’t edit this current post.

I cannot post anything or delete anything, but I can edit past posts, even my blogging partner’s posts!

I haven’t done any posting in a week. Between then and now, all I’ve done on WordPress is perhaps updating plugins blindly, so I don’t remember which plugins they are except for JetPack.)

I deactivated all my plugins, and I still have this issue.

    Please help?
