[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Cannot Add Fields

Firstly, this Plugin is one of a kind! Which is why i’m trying really hard to get it to work. Unfortunately, for some reason, when i try and add fields to my form. It reloads the page and nothing happens. Any thoughts? Thanks again!
