P3 Plugin – WP Core Time Very High

I have had some slow down issues with my website fastgrowthclub.co.uk. I checked the site using the P3 plugin and the wp core time is extremely high, roughly 1.7 seconds. https://screencast.com/t/n6beg1h3xsCN
