[Plugin: Simple Ads Manager] Same ads on one page with W3 Total cache

I’ve installed W3 Total cache and now I see all the same ads and not 10 different ads on one blogpost. I think I need to put something in the ‘Cache exception list’ of the W3 Total cache plugin, but don’t know what.

Who can help me out??
