Can't display site title using free Wootheme

Hi, I am a complete IT idiot with no coding experience. I am using the meta-morphosis free WooTheme and I can’t seem to change the site title even though I have changed the under General / Admin settings. I am not sure where to edit in css. Also, would any kind soul advise how to change the background colour? I don’t like any of the default ones provided. My website is https://www.tigermommy.com Thanks!
