[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Plugin hook when pushing the "clear cache" button in admin bar

Took a look around and could not find a way to extend a WP Super Cache plugin to perform a secondary action only when the “clear single file cache” from the admin bar.

Specifically I would like to add a bit of code to flush the CloudFlare cache of the page using their API any time someone clears the single file cache using the admin bar button.

Any suggestions?
