[Plugin: Contact Form Manager] HELP! Emptying fields on focus

Hi, ace plugin. I’ve been trying to implement various scripts to allow the fields to be emptied onfocus. So basically when a user clicks on the field the default value vanishes.
Thats all I want, But I’m rubbish an can’t do it! Please Help!
