Please help with migration

I’m trying to move a WordPress site to a different server and domain name. These are the steps i have performed.

1. Downloaded the root folder of my WP site from the old domain
2. Exported my database from old domain
3. Created new database at new domain
4. Imported new database at new domain
5. Altered db name,username, password, and host in wp-config
6. Placed Search Replace DB v.2.1.0 in root folder
7. Uploaded WP folder to new server

Now, however if i go to sub.mynewsite.ie I’m just getting a holding page saying, Your account has been created.
You can access your Web site right away using xxxx.u87.hosting365.ie. Over the next few days, DNS servers all across the Internet will
update themselves with your new site name. Once that happens, you will be able to access your site at its permanent address, sub.mynewsite.ie.

If i go to sub.mynewsite.ie/index.php all i get is the browser window displaying the actual php code of index.php. Likewise for /wp-admin.

Please help!!
