How to: random images linked to image gallery

On this site: https://bit.ly/hlYYZL they have random images on the homepage (everytime you refresh the page you have new images on the top left) and when you click an image , that image is loaded in an image gallery on a different page.
I am looking for a plugin to do the same. Or is this hardcoded? If yes, how can i create the same?
