    I’m using WP Super Cache and want to know if this works also. Bit worried about the lack of support replies here from the creator.

    Well, I haven’t tested if page caching would break the expected plugin behaviour.

    Page caching cannot be used with a theme switcher plugin since for each URL there are two different versions (themes) of the page and only one version gets cached.
