    I left Gravatars out. I find most people don’t use them, and in there place is a goofy looking cartoon.

    That’s your choice, Kevin.
    I personally find seeing a person’s face attached to a testimonial to be far more compelling. It would be a nice option to have, in my opinion, though its entirely up to you.
