'Press This' not working

I am trying to install the ‘press this’ button, but I can not right click on it. My toolbar is not visible, but even if it was I can not drag it either. In doing some research, I have found I’m not the only one with this issue, but it is yet unresolved for others as well. Any thoughts? FYI, logging in/out of WP doesn’t help, nor does changing browsers.
