Send button directs users to home page, regardless of errors

  • I have never seen that happen with Contact Form 7. Look at the HTML page source in your browser. Is there an action attribute in the form? It sounds like there is if your form is redirecting to your home page. As I understand, Contact Form 7 is all AJAX based, so nothing should be redirected to your home page.

    One solution is to uninstall the plugin and reinstall the latest version.

    ok thanks for the reply. I’ve had to revert back to the old contact form until i find a fix.

    It looks like to be a custom form rather than CF7
