Remove Purchase Confirmation from the menu bar

In your screenshots, I see the following labels on the menu bar: Downloads, Purchase History, Checkout, Support (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/screenshots/).
In my page, I have Home, Checkout, Purchase Confirmation, Purchase History. How can I remove from the Purchase Confirmation from the menu bar? (it shows the Thank You message even if I’m logged out and have not made a new purchase)
