Perfect!, but This Plugin Doesn't Show in Searches

This plugin in fairly unique in providing role based access, including for visitor users. It is simple and elegant.
What I don’t understand is why it is so hard to find. I searched, literally, for hours and tried several different alternatives, using Google and WordPress.
