User Photo not displayed on wp-admin pages on the admin-bar

The user photo is not displayed on the admin bar when you visit any of the pages in the back end (wp-admin). However, it does display on the front end pages.
Is there a fix available for this issue? This is a shame as this plugin is excellent.
