Comment Counter Not Working Anymore

I just upgraded to WordPress 2.0 and the interface is great and all but then I just noticed something with my recent post’s comment count. Someone made a comment but it didn’t register as “1 Comment” and still remained as “No Comments”. But my Recent Comments plugin was able to retrieve this comment and displayed it on my front page.

I’m not sure if this is upgrade related. I don’t know where to start looking for the fault. Can someone please help?
