I’ve got Ryan Boren’s Theme Switcher running at my blog, https://mp-dulcimer.com/blog.

The compatible plugins list notes that “it disables the ‘Current theme option’ admin link,” but I am also having another problem.

When I select a different theme, I am redirected to a page that says

    “OK

    The document has moved here.

    Apache/1.3.33 Server at https://www.mp-dulcimer.com Port 80″

Where “here” is a link to the main page of the blog. It does switch the theme if you click that link, it’s just an unnecessary and odd extra step.

Anyone else experiencing this? Got a fix? Anyone working on an updated version of this plugin?

  • I have version 0.5 of RB’s Theme Switcher and I’ve never seen that line: “The document has moved […]” In fact, I opened the PHP file and there are no incidences of the phrase “document has”. Could you have some redirections enabled in your webspace’s control panel or htaccess file?

My cPanel says I have no redirects. I haven’t touched the htaccess file, and looking at it just now everything in it is just about REWRITE stuff.

I used this plugin before upgrading to WP 2.0, so I had just assumed it was an incompatibility thing, since this redirect thing didn’t happen before.

I see it works correctly on your site — are you using WP 2.0?

    I just noticed I have version 0.3.

The list of plugins compatible with WP 2.0 sends one to version 0.1 — it took me a while to find version 0.5, and the only difference is one command — exit; — so I stuck that in and voila, now it works.

Where could I get the file of version 0.5?
    Thanks.
