  • Hi,

What’s the device you trying this on? What version of OS it’s running?
And are you saying that when you try to scroll it, it doesn’t move at all? Please post a link to your site too so that I can also take a look.

It’s Doers on a Samsung Exhibit 4g running Android 2.3.5, It moves but doesn’t scroll. I tried the same site on IOS 6 and at first it didn’t scroll, but then it scrolled the second time.

    Hey Buntu!

We have confirmed that scrolling is working on iOS devices and the android mobile phones that we own. But we don’t have the Samsung Exhibit 4G to debug the issue on that device. The challenge with Android devices and their respective browsers is that there are running on a lot of different hardware, so performance varies. We have tested on the most popular devices and all have the scroll working well.

Would you mind checking on a few other devices and telling us if you still see the issue persist? We’ll respond back as soon as we can replicate it on our end.

Thank you, I guess It could be my device. I will try other devices shortly. Does this plugin work on iPdas and Tablets? How could someone suggest a feature for this plugin?

It doesn’t work on any tablets as its specifically built for mobile devices for the best user experience, and tablets reside in a different department.

We are actively looking for feedback/suggestions/ideas so reaching out to us anywhere works ??

Thank you, I would be cool If there was a way to add tracking/analytics code to the mobile site. Because WPReadable doesn’t uses the Analytics code that is normally in WordPress.

Yeah we are not using GA in WPReadable as its not a traditional page-loads scenario. Even if any tracking code is in there, it will require custom code to track events, since just embedding the code will only track one page load whereas in reality the user will be swiping to different posts.

We do tracking pageviews for WPReadable though, that’s how the popular posts get sorted in the posts listing.

But I understand your concern here, we will see what can be done about this.
