Error when ideal returns to website

Hello,

I’m trying to set up Pronamic IDEAL with these versions:

WooCommerce versie 1.6.5.2
WordPress versie WP 3.4.2
Ge?nstalleerde plugins
Pronamic iDEAL door Pronamic versie 1.0,
WooCommerce (nl) door Pronamic versie 0.3.18,
WooCommerce door WooThemes versie 1.6.5.2

The bank is ABN AMRO and iDeal Only Kassa payment method. First, I don’t know the urls I have to set in the iDEAL backend for Accepturl, exceptionurl… I have set for all of them the root of the wordpress installation. The payment with ideal seems to work, but when it gets back to the website I get this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redefine class constant Pronamic_Gateways_IDealInternetKassa_Statuses::AUTHORIZED_AND_CANCELLED in \www\wp-content\plugins\pronamic-ideal\classes\Pronamic\Gateways\IDealInternetKassa\Statuses.php on line 130

I see in this class that the constant is defined twice. What should I do to fix the problem?
