Can't get into my Dashboard to retrieve information to transfer domain

I’m trying to move my www.ads-software.com blog https://www.whatthebuff.com from the old server Dollar2Host to my new server Blue Host. But I cannot get into my Dashboard to unlock the domain for transfer or retrieve the EPP authorization code.

I tried to download 3.4.2 from the Dashboard and it caused an error message that won’t let me get into my Dashboard to access the information. Now I need to transfer my site to my new server Blue Host ASAP because I already suspended the account at my previous server. I was told to reach out to the domain registrar Wild West Domains and they told me it was done through Auttomatic so only they could help me. Where else can I go to get the EPP code and also unlock the domain so it can be transferred? Someone please help!!
