Website blocked due to "Proxy": Am I hacked? is it the hosting?

  • All instituational (banks, funds, commodity companies) web filters are blocking my site- “Reason: Proxy”.. There don’t seem to be any more relevant details in the block screen.

    Any help at all on this would be hugely appreciated. Am tearing my hair out as the future of my site depends on working readership!

  • It is your hosting. You are looking at a network/server level configuration issue. WordPress couldn’t effect that if it wanted to.
