Cannot see the main pages but can see the wp-admin.php

Dear All:

I just install the WP on the server. After installation and few settings, I cannot see the main blog pages. However, I can see the admin pages exactly. Is there anyone got clues?

My configuration is as following described:
The server is on the LAN with has an private IP.
The router has an physical IP with port forwarding to the private IP with port 80

My site should be => https://openisdm.no-ip.org/wordpress which I cannot see correctly

But, the admin panel => https://openisdm.no-ip.org/wordpress/wp-login.php shows up correctly and can log in without perfectly.

Neither “https://140.114.71.24:9080/wordpress” nor “https://openisdm.no-ip.org/wordpress” of both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) does not work.
