• I downloaded the excellent-sounding Plugin “Adhesive”, and installed it in the Plugins folder on the site (wp 1.5.2), and activated it, but when I create or edit posts, the Post Status feature does not manifest…any ideas on how to learn why this isn’t happening as advertised?

Anyone out there? I’ve gone to Red Alt for some advice, but apparently Owen isn’t available…are there any other hacks I can use that will perform like Adhesive? Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot Adhesive? I’m using Adhesive 3.0 on WP 2.0.

There must be something. Just now I can’t find the “Sticky” plugin, but I found this comment listing a few tips.

One thing – I’ve never found the sticky box to be active until you go to “manage” to edit a post….

And make sure you have the latest version for 1.5.2 – I think there’s a couple different versions now, to cover the release of wp 2.0….

I had the same issue when I was at iPowerweb. Adhesive wasn’t working at all. I tried everything. I even upgraded, downgraded with no luck. When I moved to Dreamhost, the plugin just started working. Although, I don’t have a solution for you. I think it might host related. I suggest you contact your hosting company and see if they can help you with the Adhesive problem.

I discovered today that Adhesive and Bunny Tags do not work together… at least on my blog.

Like the above poster I couldn’t get Adhesive to work and discovered I had it configured so it didn’t stick on the main page, but rather in the Category.

Once I fixed that issue I found my bunny tags stopped working. And with a little sniffing around I discovered this little fact.

    Hope it’s helpful to others.
