• Hello, so yeah I’m new to this, and the plugin looks a bit complicated..but all I want to do is put my adBrite ad in the widget. So I added the plugin widget, added the code, and kept all the settings to default, but nothing shows up. Even just the title (not the code) doesn’t show up. Do I have to do anything special to enable it? I want the ads to be visible on all pages, no special restrictions.

    Thank you!

    Hi partytrotter, turn on debug mode (in the advanced tab), send me a link to an exact url which should contain the widget ads, and then I can have a look.

    I am having this same issue with the widget.

    Everything was working fine prior to the most recent update to 1.2.0.16, and we had probably 20 ad widgets set up in various sidebars.

    I followed your advice with the Debug mode, and while I can’t give you a link to the site as it’s not currently public, I can tell you the debug code appearing within the HTML for every single widget is the same and reads as follows:

    <!--ADINJ DEBUG: picked value at position 0: advert_1-->

    Just in case, my widget code looks like this:

    <div id="adinj-9" class="widget adinjwidget"><!--Ad Injection:widget_9--><div style="background-color:#656565; width:250px; height:250px;">
    <h5>TEST ADVERT 250X250</h5>
    </div></div>

    (These are fairly uniform placeholders for now.)

    This is pasted under “Ad Code 1” block within the widget, all other settings left empty.

    Let me know if I can provide any additional information- thanks!

    … I feel like a moron! I forgot to turn off my ad blocker software. My apologies! Everything’s working fine.

    That’s karma working against you… you want to serve ads to others, but don’t want to see ads yourself ??
