No Editor Function Under Appearances

Hello,

I recently moved my website from https://www.shabdabrahman.com to https://www.kalibhakti.com and there are a few issues.

The sire was initially set up by a friend who thought it best to block my access to the editor functions, but now that I have full control over the site, I would like this restored.

Under the appearance tab, there are options for themes, widgets, menus, theme option, and background but not editor.

What can I do to enable access to editor and the websites code?
