Display in the Top of the post instead of the Bottom

    I have just uploaded v 2.4 of Social Author Bio and I took your suggestion and have added an option for the admin to pick where it is placed, on the top or the bottom of the content.

    This is just one of several new features. Check it out and let me know what you think.
