WordPress Dashboard Not Working Properly

  • I am very irritated. When I log into my site to view the WordPress dashboard my stats, incoming links, plugins, wordpress blog, and other wordpress news do not load. They are stuck in loading and the stats is completely blank.

    When I hover over jetpack to choose stats nothing shows up, nothing shows when I hover over posts, pages, etc. When I do hit jetpack and then am able to hit stats it is stuck in loading. I have tried to deactivate, delete, and reinstall but that has not worked.

    When I am on an actual post my WordPress SEO by Yoast does not show up.

    When I click Quick Edit on a post nothing happens anymore.

    And I cannot click multiple posts and then click edit because nothing happens.

    I need help and can find no one at WordPress to contact. It has taken me over a week to even be able to log onto here!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Thank you for your response. I have actually tried all of these except the resetting the plugins folder. I will give that a try.

    I’m having the same issue, it started this weekend and has been progressively getting worse. I was dinking around in the database but I’m confident what I did on purpose did not mess it up. I’ve updated some plugins, and added and subtracted some plugns. God only knows where I bogged my site up.

    I turned off one plug in that updated and it got better for a while then started stalling again. UGH.

    Did the folder reset work? If not maybe we can help each other.
