remove video from page

  • Hi,

    I’m preparing my website for an upgrade to a new theme and I’m cleaning out items that I don’t want in the upgrade. On two of my pages I have a video that talks about that page and I’d like to remove both videos, but, when I’m in my Dashboard I don’t see how to remove the video and leave the Page intact. I looked at the html but didn’t want to touch it in fear of inflicting a mortal wound to the site.

    Ideas on how to proceed? Thanx for the advice…

  • Hi Tom,

    If you click on the video, do you get a set of buttons appear at the top left of the video, one of which allows you to delete it from the page?

    Hi Julia,

    Thank you for your comment. I don’t remember how I resolved the issue but it’s long past and I’ve been into my site redesign for a life-time. Today I was looking for info around WP Codex and checked my Profile which led to Questions I posted and there I discovered You and I realized I never thanked you.

    Better late than never I thought.
