FB Share Link Button doesn't fetch and display desc and image

I have FB Share Link Button inserted using Share This Plugin, and Facebook OpenGraph enabled which inserting meta tags correctly by this SEO plugin.
However, still the FB share doesn’t fetch and display title, thumb and desc while making a share on face book.
An idea how to fix this?
I’m using rootstheme, with custom CSS and few modified templates.
