Can't access my admin page

when I try to open my admin page – it says:

This webpage has a redirect loop

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

can you please provide a link to your site?

I would try disabling all of the plugins. If you can’t access your dashboard, you can disable the plugins via ftp. Just delete the plugins or rename them and then you can reinstall them one by one if that’s the cause of the issue.

Your hosting provider should have given you FTP access.
