Login redirects

This morning when I try to go directly to my client’s website at grumpyspokanespray.com or log in to the site wordpress it automatically redirects to this: https://grumpyspokanespray.com/wp-admin/install.php. Can’t get in any way I try. Has anyone else had this problem? I think wp did an automatic update yesterday. Thanks
