Theme-switcher not refreshing with new theme on WP2.0

i was hoping someone with a little plugin know how would be able to lend a hand. over on UNEASYsilence we’ve enabled ryan borens theme switcher plugin to provide readers with an option to change themes. instead of using the following in templates:

• Themes:
  <?php wp_theme_switcher(); ?>

i used direct URLs and inserted the links. for some reason when you click on a different theme, the page refreshes but the theme is not loaded. it isn’t until you click a fresh post link that the page changes.

any ideas?
