Your Updates Screwed Up My Blog And Giving Loads Of Errors

I have just updated your plugin to the latest version and its messed up my blog, I can’t log out my blog without getting lines and lines of errors, I will include them in a moment, deactivating the plugin hasn’t corrected the issue. It would of been a great idea to test the plugin before rolling out an update! Below are the two errors, one appears at top of header on my page while logged in wordpress:
