XSPF Player In A pop Up Box?

I currently have the xspf player plugin installed on my site, but want to put it in a pop up box. I made a new page and inserted the same code I have up currently on my site. It’s in the same directory as the page that is currently working, however I get an error when I try to invoke it in a pop up box. Has anybody else tried to do this? Is it possible that this player doesn’t work in a pop up box. I thought it may have something to do with the javascript, but when I go to the actual page it gives me the same error.
