Make the Button look like a Button

We just added a form using the Custom Contact Form Plugin, you can see at https://www.2mcctv.com/blog/2012_10_25-the-benefits-of-ip-security-cameras-2/. Does anyone else have experience with this? The “Styles” you can adjust in the settings don’t seem to allow for Button Color Background and/or Button Border Color. Instead, it just says Button Background and wants you to insert a URL…. so not it looks like this weird non-button looking thing..
I don’t get it.
