Malware on site

I’m having a bit of an issue with my website. First I had a Malware warning just when you visited the home page (https://chicklitreviewsandnews.com), but now I’m getting it when I try to edit pages, here: https://chicklitreviewsandnews.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page. Where do I edit to be able to delete that?

And, how can I get rid of Malware for good? I’ve changed my passwords already. Do I need to re-install? I don’t even know how to do that without wiping everything.

Some help is much needed. I’m only trying to run a book review website, I can’t believe people try to poison websites.
