    Hi mCashgen,

    Where did you download the files from? They might already be unencrypted.

    The plugin will not perform restores for you it just offers the ability to decrypt a backup file. If you download the backup file from our Portal at wordpress.backup-technology.com you will have already been asked for encryption key and it will already be unencrypted.
