Clicking Themes causes exit to login screen

So I am at a total loss trying to get my second site to work…

I have done the following:
– Confirmed that the name servers are listed correctly on Hover
– Completely deleted the previous site from the original host
– Reinstalled WP from Softalicious
– Reinstalled WP from wp-admin
– Created a new admin name and password
– no Plugins are active and only the base ones are even installed

…and still when I click on the any of the Theme links it kicks me back out to the log in screen.
